One way to prepare a child for the arrival of a sibling is through meeting babies and other older siblings. Actually meeting a baby is probably one of the best things for your child. Seeing what they look like, hearing the noises they make, watching them eat, it will all be new! Siblings and moms can make new friends who are at a similar stage in life. Similarly, once the baby is here, it is great for the older children to be able to proudly show off their new baby to peers. While they play, they will have access to baby dolls and books about babies. Just stop in when you can and meet some other expanding families!
